Hey is the latest single from Cecile’s Jamaicanization album. The track is heavily influenced by early dancehall but retains the catchy melodies that contemporary dancehall is now known for. Think the instrumental from Kelis’s Trick Me slowed down a little. Agent Sasco’s rough voice works in contrast with Cecile’s radio-friendly croon resulting in a track that covers all aspects of dancehall. Serious potential for summer singalongs...
